The Senate on Friday unanimously approved Lt. Gen. David Petraeus to become the new U.S. forces commander in Iraq.

George W. Bush appoints Lt. Gen. Douglas E. Lute to manage the war in Iraq. The Senate will have to approve Lute's assignment because he is a senior active-duty military officer.
Lt. Gen. David Petraeus is still on the job and George W. Bush claims to support him.
If the senate approves Lt. Gen. Douglas E. Lute as the Iraq “War Czar” they are dumber than rocks.
This Iraq war belongs to George W. Bush and the general he requested to run it, David Petraeus.
I suggest if George W. Bush and his hand picked general, David Petraeus, can’t handle Iraq without a “War Czar” we need to find a real President that can.
