Is it possible that Jim Bunning contacted Governor Steve Beshear and told him if the Republicans  fielded a candidate against him in the primary, he, Jim Bunning would resign from the Senate and Governor Steve Beshear could replace him with a Democrat? Could it be that's why Governor Steve Beshear endorsed Daniel Mongiardo as the Democratic Candidate for the US Senate? Is it possible that supporters of Jack Conway, like Jerry Abramson, Greg Stumbo, Crit Luallen, Congressman John Yarmuth and Congressman Ben Chandler got wind of Governor Steve Beshear's communications with Senator Jim Bunning and decided they wanted someone other than Daniel Mongiardo to replace Senator Jim Bunning when, he, Senator Jim Bunning resigned?
Could this be why Trey Grayson has formed an exploratory committee, a move that allows him to raise and spend campaign money? When he, Trey Grayson, has said repeatedly "I have no plans to run against Senator Bunning," Grayson said in the statement. "This exploratory committee will allow me to travel the commonwealth, meet with potential supporters and lay the foundation for a campaign."
As we all know truth is sometimes stranger than fiction and Kentucky politics can even be stranger than truth or fiction.
I suggest if we are Patient  the answers to the above questions will be forthcoming, because most of the folks I know involved in politics are like "old refrigerators" they can't keep anything.

Last night at the Muhammad Ali Center, in Louisville, Kentucky Jack Conway Kentucky Democratic primary candidate for US Senate received 5 major endorsements from Jerry Abramson, Greg Stumbo, Crit Luallen, Congressman John Yarmuth and Congressman Ben Chandler.
I had the opportunity to shoot video at the event enjoy. The videos below are best watched in HQ high quality.

After listening to Steve Beshear's speech at Fancy Farm I came away with the feeling that Steve Beshear might be on Barack Obama's list for Vice President.. I know this is just a gut feeling, but watch this video and you decide.
I also had the opportunity to ask Crit Luallen if she was going to run for the Senate in 2010 and she told me she was considering it. Click here to see her speaking.
I hope she does, because I really believe Crit can defeat Jim "Green Doctor" Bunning.

Frankfort, KY – Today, leading Democrats from across Kentucky launched a campaign to elect State Auditor Crit Luallen to the U.S. Senate. Yesterday, the Commonwealth of Kentucky showed its overwhelming confidence in Crit Luallen by electing her to her second term with  over 60% percent of the vote.
By building on her statewide victory in 2003, State Auditor Luallen proved that she can win votes across the state, and give Kentucky a U.S. Senator they can be proud of.  Her dependability and dedication to the people of Kentucky make her the ideal candidate to clean up Washington, DC with some real Kentucky values. 
Today the campaign also launched a website, www.DraftCrit.com.  Kentuckians are encouraged to visit the website to sign the petition to support Crit.

Kentucky deserves better than Mitch McConnell.
