A spokesman for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., declined to comment on Manley's charge that GOP aides were complicit in spreading disparaging information about Frosts.

So Sen. McConnell has declared open season now on kids who benefit from SCHIP because their parents opted for that coverage instead of a private health plan? That's like Ernie Fletcher declaring open season on gays and lesbians.

And Clear Channel Communications continues to support Rush Limbaugh and his prescription drug habit and his attack on a minor and his family? Isn't that a form of child abuse?

It's doubtful that any of the local talk show hosts will be allowed to broach this subject lest they want to lose their jobs.

Clear Channel Communications seems to have a moral and ethical problem. They support liars and verbal abuse of minor children. And they continue to support their prescription drug abuser.

he main push back for McConnell will his rubber stamp of the Bush Administrations and in particular, we all know THE IRAQ occupation is going to be the main fodder.

It is difficult for me to understand, how being against health care for children, could boost any Congress persons image.

Children are not political animals and they are used constantly whenever a politicians wants to capture some prime time media exposure.

There should be some kind of age limit for children to appear in political ads or political announcements.

Please understand, I am not opposed the the plan for more and better health care for children, it is a humane consideration and if you look at the number of uninsured, it is necessary.

This last vote with Bush to put down the
SCIF proposal, is some of the best fodder we could hope for in the coming Senate Race, that will play well all across the Commonwealth. It is a SHAME and DISGRACEFUL that our GOP Senator would take a stand in order to support George W. Bush and say not to those that are in need.

I know DITCH MITCH must already has this video in the can and we can expect it to be among the main issues, where McConnell will have to explain his justification. And with the last polling of HOWDY DOODY'S numbers, this could the very straw that . . .

Damn, I hope so!
