It seems that out of desperation, right leaning bloggers are going with the fact that many adults, excluding pregnant women are or have been using this program. This seems to following Bush's radio address on Saturday where he went on about 6 states that had more adults than children on SCHIP. What he failed to mention (as well as an over site on right wing blogs) is that these adults were covered after being granted waivers from his own administration and that during his first 4 years he actually encourage states to use any extra SCHIP funds to cover needy adults. This may be slightly off topic but I feel like it's a relevant argument should Ron Lewis choose to blindly use Mr Bush's rhetoric in his refusal to support the voters wishes. Andy
