Dear Senator Mitch McConnell
Since you don't spend much time here in Kentucky let me give you a flavor of what’s going on.
Folks here in Kentucky are sick and tired of what’s going on in Iraq and are pissed as to how we got there and your part in all of the above. They also believe it’s your job to represent them, not your wife’s boss George W. Bush.
I suggest if you spent more time listening to your constituents and less time kissing the ass of George W. Bush your voting record on the Iraq debacle would be different.
Mitch I’m not asking you to take my word on this all I am asking you to do is listen to what the people are saying. Thanks to Youtube you can do that in Washington while you’re kissing the ass of your favorite person George W. Bush.
I have taken the time to document what your constituents have to say about you and the Iraq debacle so you wouldn’t have to drag your lazy ass back to Kentucky to see how the regular guy and gal in the street feels. So be my guest and watch the following videos of your constituents:

OK, I live in California and will admit my biases upfront: I figured that Kentuckians strode around barefoot, wore straw hats, had a musket slung over a shoulder and a jug of moonshine in their other hand, and considered any position critical of Bubble Boy and the war in Iraq as a sign of an America-hater.
Pillory me, if you will, for holding such stereotypes. Even though I have a sneaky feeling that attitudes in Kentucky were more sympathetic to our Chief Chimp three or four years ago, I'm still heartened that residents of the Bluegrass State are coming around and seeing this war for the monumentally horrendous undertaking that it is.
I only wish it hadn't taken hundreds of thousands of lives for such a turnabout to happen.

Well, Scrvybro, I used to believe California was filled with a bunch of potheads who used the word dude every three seconds, but was proven wrong when I spent time in LA with people in the film industry who worked me into the ground.
Stereotypes play both ways and here in Kentucky, if you look, you can find the worst example proving whatever you want to believe.
Truth is we have a tradition of service here and we often support someone like Bush far too long.
On the other hand, as we do have a long tradition of service, we will catch on to the fact our service men and women are getting screwed by this administration. We did vote for Bush before, but with new information and the failure of the Bush Administration to live up to even their goals, I think you find Kentuckians ready to elect Democrats. We were Democrats long before we started voting for Republicans, so it's just really a matter of returning home.
Regardless, McConnell has fail the state and thle nation and should be send home and carefully guarded, lest he sell out the rest of the country to China.
