Hillbilly Report
Feb. 6, 2007
I received an email from Amy Mischler yesterday, Feb. 05, 2007, (you can view the email below the video where it says read more about Impeach Greg Stumbo? Amy Mischler Thinks So And This Is Her Story – Youtube Video). I’m not taking sides on this issue, but I believe Jody Richards needs to give Amy Mischler’s request serious consideration. If everything Amy Mischler says is true, then the events she speaks of need a serious investigation.
The Hillbilly
Dear Mr. Pence,
There is a grassroots impeachment of the Attorney General afoot in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The democrat attorney general is famous for indicting the sitting republican governor. At the same time, he refused to investigate a fellow democrat county attorney who committed civil rights violations against a single mom after she marched in public protesting his refusal to move on her child support case. Oh, did I mention that particular county attorney was a campaign contributor to the Attorney General? The civil rights violations happened in Pike County Kentucky famous for the Hatfield McCoy Feud. Here is a copy of the letter she sent every legislator about her impeachment petition.

Sincerely yours,
Amy Mischler
(yes I am the single mom who filed the petition)
Corruption in the Attorney Generals Office.
Dear Legislator,
Please be advised that there is an impeachment petition has been filed against Attorney General Greg Stumbo and his campaign contributor Pike County Attorney Howard Keith Hall. According to Jody Richards office, the petition will be sent to the Committee on Committees. That Committee will assign it to one of twelve standing committees.
While democratic AG Stumbo was busy prosecuting republican Governor Ernie Fletcher; grievances were filed at the Attorney Generals office about corrupt prosecutors. The two prosecutors were Larry Rogers and Howard Keith Hall. No other names have been provided by the Attorney Generals Office through an open records request.
In that Open records request, I realized that the Attorney Generals Office while occupied by Greg Stumbo engaged in a pattern of discrimination. Private citizens with grievances against Commonwealth Prosecutors would be told that the Attorney Generals office "had no jurisdiction" to conduct an investigation or provide relief.
This is in direct contrast to the Commonwealth's Administrative Office of Courts which ADVISES citizens to file complaints against Prosecutors with the Attorney Generals Office.
Meanwhile, the Kentucky Constitution and the United States Constitution both require that individuals have the right to redress grievances against government. If there is no agency within the Commonwealth of Kentucky which has jurisdiction, then the Commonwealth of Kentucky is violating its own constitution.
The Pike County Attorney refused to move forward to have child support set in a court of law. After eleven months of waiting for the Pike County Attorney to do something, I engaged in pure public speech about the Pike County Attorneys inaction of prosecuting his personal friend and fellow bar member for child support and health insurance for my two sons, age 7 and 12.
Then my ex husband, along with the Pike County Attorney had me served with an E.P.O. for marching in public with a sign denouncing them. I was convicted of domestic violence because of that E.P.O. Unknown to me at that time, both the Judge’s husband and the Pike County Attorney are both campaign contributors to Attorney General Greg Stumbo.
It gets worse.
I filed a grievance against the Pike County Attorney. Within days I received a letter from the Attorney Generals Office addressed to the Pike County Attorney. The Attorney General notified the Pike County Attorney that I had filed a grievance. Then the Attorney General stated that he "had no intention or jurisdiction to interject" himself into the matter. Moreover, the Attorney General assured his campaign contributor, that the Attorney Generals Office stood ready to assist the Pike County Attorney in anyway to address the complaint.
That letter was dated June 8, 2006. It can be found at
http://bp2.blogger.com/_Vkn9uaqD1t4/RcKelfxBiWI/AAAAAAAAADA/g6hxYe73h0E/s1600-h/June8-2006.jpg
Then, ONLY FOUR DAYS LATER, on June 12, 2006, with full support of the Attorney Generals office; The Pike County Attorney typed up a Felony warrant for my arrest.
http://bp0.blogger.com/_Vkn9uaqD1t4/RcKcn_xBiTI/AAAAAAAAACc/qAxLBSMFg1c/s1600-h/June12-2006pg1.jpg
In typing up the warrant, the Pike County Attorney intentionally left out the location of "the church". The church is Boldman Freewill Baptist Church located in Floyd County. Neither the Pike County Attorney, nor the Pike County Trial Commissioner have jurisdiction to sign or prosecute any alleged crimes which are committed in Floyd County.
For the first time ever, I had my kids returned a day late to their attorney father. This only happened because I was in fear over the threat in the Attorney Generals letter. Moreover, I had the children returned voluntarily and was not aware of the warrant until I was arrested at a custody hearing in July.
Only in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, can a single mother be jailed to serve one to five years for returning her children late one single time. It is currently being held over to the Pike County Grand Jury.
The Kentucky Bar Association is not a state agency, nor can I vote for any officials at the KBA. Thus, any bar complaints which are confidential, are not sufficient for the state to comply with its own constitution. My only alternative to redress the grievance was to file for Stumbo's and Hall's impeachment.
If the Kentucky House of Representatives does not take this impeachment seriously, then they tacitly approve of Attorney General Greg Stumbo and the Pike County Attorney Howard Keith Hall organized crime behavior.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Now you have to decide what you will do. So many people are afraid of Greg Stumbo. Will you be one of them, and do nothing? Or will you perform your legislative duties and enforce private citizens constitutional rights. Will you stand up for justice for a single mother, against the tyranny of elected officials who act like a mafia?
Sincerely yours,
Amy Mischler.
Ms. Mischler was thought unfit by a judge to have her own children -why would you give any credence to what the loon has to say?

By the way, she said she first registered to vote when she was 17. Humm, not sure what state she is living in, but it's not legal here in KY. She's an idiot!

This is scary. Could this be true? g8rh8r do you know her? Or are you repeating what you heard?

I have heard of the republican party registering high schools at the school. Perhaps its legal to register when you are 17, but can only vote after you turn 18. That would make sense.

g8rh8r and Bleu, Kentuckians can vote in a primary at the age of 17 if they turn 18 on or before the general election. I know this because I was 17 when I first voted in the May 2002 primary election.

thanks for clearing that up Daniel.

Okay, folks - let's get a few things straight. Mischler was not slapped with an EPO because she marched with a sign. She received the EPO because she drug her sick child along with her, humliating him on the streets of Pikeville. This is a matter of public record, accessible in the Appalachian News-Express.
Further, she reports that she returned her children, voluntarily, a bit late. Once.
That's not entirely true - see, the children weren't returned until nearly 24 hours later. Further, they weren't returned voluntarily by Mischler, they were returned by two persons whom the children and the children's father did not know. Further, Mischler made no attempt whatsoever to contact the father, the custodial parent, and inform him of the whereabouts of his children. Not even a simple phone call.
There are many other inaccuracies in Mischler's allegations, but you can read more at http://truthiscrucial.blogspot.com
(sadly, because we have lives and jobs and the like, we aren't able to create libelous YouTube videos or update our blog as much as we'd like).
Please, please don't be taken in by this. Read for yourself.

I don't trust people who say trust me. They always have motives. Do you have actual documents on your website to back up what your saying?

* Alert * Mischler Manages
to
Impeaches Herself
Mischler caught misrepreseting facts of her impeachment parchment.
Court File(s) : Pike Circuit Court Family Division
01-CI-1197 shows agreement of true shared time joint custody where each party is to pay 1/2 of medical bills Mischler left that out to the committee and 02-D-00202-003 this one has the video record of Mischler's confession of depriving her own child of his medicine while forcing the child to beg on the street while she took money given to her by her ex-husband for the children's benefit and bought her own medicine.
This court record also reflects that Mischler used the insurance card just days before for her oldest child but did not apply it for the youngest one.
Investigators are puzzeled as to how to proceed should Mischler be charged for lying or evaluated for mental issues.
Refer to The Rural Democrat blog pertaining to Mischler's shocking conduct.
The word from the Frankfort investigators is that Mischler was not "forthcoming" and "candid" with her affidavit and papers.
This impeahment thing from her is fool's train.

Bleu, if you're tripped up by a username, I don't know what to say to help you. I assure you, the matter of Mischler's lies and misrepresentations are much more important than how a given username makes you feel.
Truthiscrucial.blogspot.com does in fact contain the entire Appalachian News-Express article relevant to this issue. You needn't take my word for it, however. Simply check with the News-Express. There's even a sad little picture of Mischler and her poor son standing on the streets of Pikeville.
Anybody wonder why she continually, conveniently leaves that fact out?
Posted by: Trustworthy | February 07, 2007 at 01:13 AM
So how much was the child support set when the Pike County Attorney finally had it heard in court?
Since you know so much trustworthy.

She made her child march with her down the streets of Pikeville??? How old is the child? Children get so embarrassed/humiliated about things such as this at certain ages...can be anywhere from 7 on up. If she were sincere and if she were a good person, in my opinion, she would have left her children out of her publicity stunts. I hate people who use their kids to hurt their ex's or soon-to-be ex's. There's just no excuse for it.
Furthermore, I would say that almost all politicians/lawyers, and many business men/women gave to Mr. Stumbo's campaign in Pike, Floyd, Johnson, and many other surrounding counties. I am certain there are more that gave than did not...even Republicans. So, I would say Ms. Mischler's is being purposely misleading.
Posted by: MeInUSA1218 | February 13, 2007 at 02:46 PM
It seems that the attorney dad admitted he purposely let his two kids insurance lapse because it was cheaper. Yep, and he said that in court.
Meln USA, its you who are being purposely misleading.
The Mom asked for child support/insurance from the County attorney in JUNE Of 2005. It seems that the Pike county attorney still hadn't done anything by the time she was forced to stage her protest in April of 2006.
Maybe if the Pike county attorney did his job, instead of protecting his friend-the deadbeat dad attorney; maybe she wouldn't have to go on the the streets to beg money to buy her kids medicine.
Gee I am seeing a pattern. Didn't Stumbo claim his love child wasn't his and refused to pay for his own kid?
Posted by: Bleu | February 19, 2007 at 10:03 AM
Dear Meln;
You wrote "almost all politicians/lawyers, and many business men/women gave to Mr. Stumbo's campaign in Pike, Floyd, Johnson".
While that might be so, according to the Bluegrass Report "Wow -- 5 MORE Unions Refuse To Endorse Lunsford-Stumbo For Governor, Raising Total To 8"!
Is Stumbo feeling the love now??
